Yes. During early access everything NPVFolio does is free: unlimited properties, unlimited business plans per property, the full prospectus, comparison reports. No card, no trial clock, no locked features.
What happens when paid tiers arrive?
The plan is a free tier that stays genuinely useful, with paid tiers later around conveniences such as exports and AI-assisted listing capture. Early-access users will hear about any change well before it happens.
Which countries and currencies does it support?
Any. Every property carries its own currency, metric or imperial areas, and local conventions — Faktor in Germany, gross yield in the UK, GRM in the US — on the same watch list.
Do you sell my data?
No. Analytics on this site run cookieless and anonymous, and your folio data is yours. The privacy policy spells it out.
