NPVFolio is a research and underwriting workspace for real estate investors — the person who looks at ten to thirty properties a year, buys one or two, and does the work in evenings and weekends. The spreadsheet that grew around that work deserves to be a product: a watch list, unit-level rent rolls, several named business plans per property, and a prospectus with the metrics a lender would ask for.

It is international by design. Property investing is not one market, and the tools shouldn't pretend it is: every property in NPVFolio carries its own currency, its own area units and its own local conventions, side by side in one folio.
