Early-access policy. Plain language on purpose.

This website

npvfolio.com is a static site served from Amazon Web Services (Amazon CloudFront, with content stored in the EU). It sets no cookies.

We measure traffic with PostHog, hosted in the EU, configured cookieless: no identifier is stored on your device, no profile is built about you, and nothing follows you across other sites. What we see is aggregate — pages viewed, roughly how many visitors, and which "get started" buttons get clicked.

The application

Signing up happens at app.npvfolio.com through Auth0, our authentication provider, which processes the email address (or Google account) you sign in with. Your folio data — properties, rent rolls, plans, notes — is stored in MongoDB Atlas in the EU (Ireland) and is yours: we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Write tohello@npvfolio.com and we will sort it out.

Changes

When the product leaves early access this policy will be replaced by a fuller one, and material changes will be announced to account holders before they take effect.
